Mother’s Day?

I don’t know about this one, man.

Mother’s day in France is June 3rd, but no one in his right mind should be paying that much attention anyway. Here, it is a legacy of the dark times when the country was ruled by a pro-nazi government. I don’t like it, as I don’t like any of those days of compulsory moral feelings.

If you’re a good person and like to have a day when you are reminded to remember the existence of your mother, and to show her your appreciation for the troubles she went through raising you by buying something to give her, here’s my tip : go for a salmon fly brooch.

A good way to spend money to prove your love

You may even be able to tie one yourself and remind her of the good old days when you came back from school with abominable presents she was forced to love because they came from the pure heart of her child.
